yeah, but pslink does still require hid/playstation. this is an newer replacement to joystick/xpad with more features. IMO that is more or less roughly the same there.

no, I said;
No one has done bluetooth right because you can’t do bluetooth right here.
so you have me mistaken with someone else. Also, im not sure I appreciate why does it matter if a driver is in /hid or /input/joystick in this regard?
If you need a dedicated driver anyways, what is the difference between them?
this is not bluetooth.
nether ps4 nor ps5 have working audio over bluetooth, and they also have high latency. PS5 controllers also don’t support the enhanced rumble since it also uses audio. I don’t use 8bitdo any more due to constant the enshitification of their hardware, but I doubt they support low latency with audio either.
Microsoft could do a firmware update to fix their worthless broken shit, Bluetooth is like 20 years old now, you’d think even a company with their heads that far up their asses could get it right by now. For the dongle, have it present hid.

Should directly use Pipewire instead of Pulseaudio
I hope they plan on keeping pulse for the foreseeable future. Pipewire is great and all but pulse is very entrenched, I still maintain quite a bit of systems that are pulse only.
until they give us android like permissions handling and always off by default with a proper request when needed, meh.
GTK itself is a massive pain to get theming working stably. I recently did an update and no I am missing minimize and maximize on all my GTK apps, Im sure the issue is with some config I made at some point, but the fact that this can be an issue at all and be so hard to diagnose is really, really dumb
VLC on android kinda sucks sadly. It has bad performance and when playing remote playlists it’s gui is crap.
I has 64gb so I know your pain lol
realistically, it’s not like they will replace them with anything else. Chrome just doesn’t have any actual competitors on android yet. Every promising alternative is more or less just a webview wrapper. Maybe one day we might see servo based browser for android take off. It does actually perform quite well on android for what it is currently.
Still using k9mail since fairemail causes me oom issues.
I still find myself looking for other emails tho since i need something that supports mailing list stuff better.
Ungoogled chromium. It’s faster then firefox in nearly everything I test, doesn’t have stupid issues like not rendering gradients properly.
I use firefox on my desktop for one single reason, and that’s because there is literally nothing for chromium, that is remotely close to simple tab groups.
It wasn’t open source, but it also wasn’t against TOS. All it really was is a custom environment that builds RPCS3 in.
I’m not sure if it was a termux like environment or a proot, but it was termux X11 fork.
I pretty much just don’t help arch and arch derivatives users any more despite using it for over a decade now. It’s not worth the time nor effort.
why is this piracy? IS this something you traditionally need to pay for?
AOSP has no default PDF viewer, many GAAPS (official roms, custom roms with full gapps etc.) roms do have a pdf viewer by default.
There are many available PDF viewers around making a good pdf viewer is actually pretty hard, I reccomend just trying a bunch on fdroid and seeing what sticks out to you.
Have you considered using av1an? it supports vaporsynth which has a large amount of upscale and frame interpolation tools, AI or not. If your upscaler supports vapoursynth, it could be a lot better option.
what are your system specs? at a low effort you should be getting a lot more FPS, what cli command are you using? but I guess it would be best for you to export to /tmp given enough ram and then go from there
EDIT: for context, when encoding libjxl I would do -distance 0 -effort 2
for lossless output
why Berry browser? what does it offer? Personally I’ll just use chromite.
