Whether or not domestication in the first place was ethical can be argued, but in my view somewhat irrelevant now - in the world we live in now there are millions of cats, dogs, and others who are in need of a home and adopting/rescuing is a morally good thing to do. I would even go further and say those of us with the means have a moral obligation to do so.
Posts like yours do absolutely nothing to help.

Tofu scramble, although it’s so far diverged from “standard” tofu scramble I’m not sure if I’d even call it that anymore. Basically, it’s crumbled tofu (firm or extra firm), fried potatoes (hash brown style), olives, bell peppers, onions, and tomato all thrown in a pan together and cooked on the stovetop. Seasoning is whatever the heck I feel like at the time, plus ketchup.
